Backyard flocks and avian flu

This article, Backyard Flocks are Victims, Not Vectors of Avian Flu, appeared in the Barre, VT Times-Argus on April 21. Makes a lot of sense to me, especially in light of Rumsfeld's close ties to Tamiflu.
